The field of activity of the Study Committee C2 covers the technical and human resource aspects of operation of the power system: methods and tools for frequency, voltage and equipment control, operational planning and real time security assessment, fault and restoration management, performance evaluation, control centre functionalities and operators training.Study Committee C2 of the Montenegrin National Committee CIGRE is composed of:
